Vegan Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g vegan chocolate
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • ΒΌ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • sugar optional

For serving:

  • a little ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (at medium temperature and be careful not to burn it!) and then, add all the other ingredients. Mix well, lowering the heat.
  • Serve in cups with a little cinnamon on top for more flavor! Serve with cookies, orange cake (recipe HERE) or anything else you like.
