Put the peppers on parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes (the time depends on the oven) or until they get tender and dehydrated (see photo).
Mix the oil with the apple cider vinegar.
Peel the peppers, put them in a pyrex or a bowl and pour over the mixture with the oil and apple cider vinegar.
Turn the peppers to get the mixture from all sides and put them in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes, so that all the flavors are better combined.
