ground cinnamon or cinnamon powder

Instructions
Rinse, cut the apples into pieces and put them in the blender or food processor with the water until they become like puree.
Transfer them into a bowl, add chia seeds, stir and let them for at least 15 minutes.
If the mixture is still a bit watery, you can add a few more chia seeds and let it aside so that chia can absorb the liquids.
You can add half to one tbsp. cinnamon and garnish with extra apple slices.
