sunflower seed sauce

smoked paprika

oregano or summer savory

For the sunflower seed sauce
100
ml
of water
50
gr.
sunflower seeds
Instructions
Slice the zucchini into strips with the peeler and the pepper into thin vertical strips with the knife.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the water and sunflower seeds until completely ground. You’ll get a thick cream.
Grind the garlic or mix it together with the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the zucchini and add paprika, oregano or summer savory, and on top of that, the capers.
Mix with the spoon and serve cold.
