Vegan Raw Energy Balls with Salad

- 85 gr sunflower seeds
- 20 gr or 6-7 walnuts
- 20 gr or 2 tbsp flax seeds whole, not ground
- 1,5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ - 1 tsp lemon
- salt
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ - 1 tsp soy sauce
- 15 gr or approx. 5-6 tsp water
- sesame seeds
For the salad
- rucola
- carob honey optional
- carrot
- anything else of your liking
In your blender or food processor, grind the whole flax seeds, the sunflower seeds, the nuts, and then, the rest of the ingredients.
Roll into balls of approximately 20g (7 balls in total).
Roll the balls in the sesame seeds until covered.
Enjoy them!
Use only a bit of water because you want them to hold their shape.
