Kitsune – Homemade Vegan Burgers in Brussels (Belgium) – For Foodies (Vegan or Not)!!

Do you live or intend to visit Brussels? Then, don’t miss out on tasting the homemade, vegan, and Asian-inspired burgers from Kitsune !

What is Kitsune?

Two young people and a lovely team behind the scenes prepare some of the most delicious, fresh, and original vegan burgers in Brussels, Belgium.

Because fast-food doesn’t always mean ultra-processed products, and vegan burgers can be much appreciated even by non-vegans (yes, there are many testimonials for this as well!)

If their name is familiar to you, it’s because they have been selected by the food incubator, Kokotte in 2022 to open their pop-up restaurant for 3 months.

As it was a big hit, they opened another pop-up at the bar K.No.P, launched a successful crowdfunding campaign and they now, have their own restaurant in the center of Brussels!!

No time or the desire to dine in?

Fear not, because you can go and grab these vegan beauties as take-away.

😎 We’ve tried the B*con ch**se burger with furikake fries and the Korean fried mushroom burger with kimchi slaw (a mix of American coleslaw and Korean kimchi). They were ultra fresh and simply divine!! We have tasted and appreciated the fact they are homemade (it’s so rare to find homemade food), and the original flavors and combinations.
