Super Easy Vegan Homemade Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 240 gr boiled red beans
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 5 mint leaves chopped
  • 5 basil leaves chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. chopped dill
  • some fresh thyme
  • ½ bunch of chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 70 gr breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the beans in the blender and put them in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix well and put it in the fridge to set for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
    Shape the burgers, put them on parchment paper in a baking tray and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown (the exact duration depends on the oven).
  • Serve with baked potatoes, salad, mayonnaise!
