Today we made another delicious smoothie! We also gave it a name, Hawaii, because all the fruits we used come from exotic destinations.
Get pineapple, passion fruit, mango and banana and prepare it today! It is yummy and healthy!
We added almond milk and a little ginger which is excellent for the stomach!
If you have not already tried to prepare homemade vegan smoothies, don’t lose more time!
Smoothies are great because they are:
- super healthy as we get easily many necessary nutrients
- fast to prepare and can make you feel full
- ideal for kids if you want to make them eat more easily fruits and vegetables and get all the vitamins!

Hawaii Smoothie
Ingredients
- 180 ml almond milk
- 1 banana
- ½ mango
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 1 passion fruit
- 5 gr ginger
Instructions
- Put the vegan milk and all the other ingredients cut into small pieces in the blender and mix them.
Notes
Adjust the quantity of the “milk” depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be.
