Immune Boosting Smoothie with Pineapple, Orange, Carrot, Turmeric
An excellent choice to start your day
Ingredients
- 125 ml almond milk
- 5 slices of pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 1 tangerine
- 1 carrot
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Put the almond milk, the spices and all the other ingredients you’ve cut into small pieces in the blender and mix them.
Notes
- Add a little more milk, if you want it less thick.
