Vegan Mushroom Stew with Chios Tangerine Pasta

Today we cooked a delicious Greek dish which is called kokkinisto (Greek style stew) and we accompanied it with awesome pasta! The main ingredient of this mouth-watering pasta is the exquisite Chios tangerine from the small Greek artisan “Chiotiko Kellari”!

The Chios tangerine is one of the most famous products of this wonderful Greek island!

Vegan Mushroom Stew with Chios Tangerine Pasta

The traditional recipe of kokkinisto is made with meat, but of course, we replaced it with mushrooms and the result was just mind-blowing! It is one of our favorite dishes, full of aromas and flavors from the spices (especially, the cinnamon), the wine, and the other ingredients!

The first time we had tasted this pasta was when we had our e-shop with other original Greek products. We were really impressed by their amazing taste and aromas. If you want to taste them too, you can find them in the online store of mastiha shop (they ship outside Greece as well).

We are waiting for your (delightful! 😉) comments when you prepare them!
